Philipston Bing is one of the best RC Truck trial spots. There is a car park at the entrance to the bing and only a short walk into the thick of the action.

Located on the B8046 Three Mile Town to Old Philipston road.
Just before the humpback bridge for the rail-way there is a layby to your left.
Next RC Truck trial day is on Sunday the 26th of February. Mid week sesions will also be done when the late nights get in.

What is Remote Control truck trialing: Drivers will have to negotiate an array of gates set out with markers and points will be awarded for the amount of gates cleared without stopping or hitting markers. The further you get, the more points awarded. Other event include "Hill Climb" where RC trucks have to blast up a very steep and slippy hill, the higher you get the better. We also have non comp. free ride days where generalRC truck ripping is order of the day.

Where do we meet : We usually meet at one of two shale quaries in West lothian, Scotland. Winchburgh Bing and Philispston Bing. All are ideal for RC Truck Trialing and well suited to the larger 1/8th scale RC Trucks on the market.

What type of Radio Control truck can i use: All types of RC trucks can be used but mainly Nitro Petrol RC trucks of the 8th scale size are most comon, sutch makes as HPI, Thunder Tiger, Tamiya, Associated, CEN, Kyosho, Schumacher and Hobao to name a few.
